This page is your guide to understanding and planning your water conditioner servicing and/or delivery. Based on your geographic location, your service is scheduled as part of one of our regular routes. The calendar helps you track your specific route number and delivery days, whether weekly, bi-weekly, or every 28 days.

For seamless service, ensure access to your water conditioner on your delivery day. If no one will be home, options like leaving a key with a neighbor or contacting our office to reschedule can help.

Welcome to Your Service Calendar

This guide explains how our service routes and delivery schedules are designed to ensure seamless water conditioner servicing and delivery for you.

How Your Service Is Scheduled

Your water service is based on geographic location and assigned to one of our regular service routes.

  • Route Numbers: Found under the calendar dates, running from 1 to 20.
  • 28-Day Customers: Contact us for more information.
  • Bi-Weekly Service: Two route numbers will be shown.
  • Weekly Service: Four numbers are displayed.
  • Saturday Delivery: Identified by letters under the calendar dates.

Won’t be Home for Delivery?

To avoid disruptions in your service:

  1. Leave a key with a neighbor and notify us or leave a note on your door.
  2. Deposit a key at our office.
  3. Reschedule your delivery by calling at least one day in advance.

If your water usage has changed, please contact us to evaluate and adjust your service plan.
